We have created a standalone program to create a data export for the NYS Audit.  This file is a CSV file that can easily go into excel.

To create the file, follow these steps:

• Log into KVS Standard
• Click On Run Cobol
• Enter Program Name GR02XPRT
  • If you get a message program is missing contact support for the program
• Enter the Receipt Number Range and Date Range that they are requesting
• Once the Receipt Range and Date Range are correct answer Y for everything correct

These steps produce a file GLQXPRT_### in your KVS data folder.

After you have the file created you can do file Open in excel and choose the file just created.
