If a purpose code was setup with an incorrect Summary Code it can be fixed by using the following steps:
- Have Eveyone log out of Enterprise Collections
- Go into Enterprise > Options > DBA Utilities
- Click on Col Summary Change Update
- Fill out the form
- Click update
The purpose code chosen will now be updated with the new summary code. Note everyone must be out of collections for this to run.
