If a purpose code was setup with an incorrect Summary Code it can be fixed by using the following steps:

• Have Eveyone log out of Enterprise Collections
• Go into Enterprise > Options > DBA Utilities
• Click on Col Summary Change Update
• Fill out the form
• Click update

The purpose code chosen will now be updated with the new summary code. Note everyone must be out of collections for this to run.
