User receives error message that a Print Job is being printed/modified by somebody else, but nobody is actually using it.

This means the previous time the report was ran it did not complete, so follow the step below: 

·         Have everyone log out of Standard Collections

·         From Main Menu Click Run Cobol

·         Type in program name CVEXTR49

·         Click OK

·         The following will display – Press C to Continue after everyone is out of collections

The print flag has been cleared and the job can now be ran.
