Error Bill In Use Printing UB Statements

If you receive a bill in Use Error Message follow the steps below:

  • Leave error message up on screen
  • Log into KVS Standard  for a second time
  • Choose Collections > 500 Additional Processes > 518 Bill In Use Clear
  • Run for "A"ll bills
  • Go back into original session
  • Press C to Continue

The bill statement process will continue to run
