To change the consumption Year and/or Period follow the instructions below:

• Choose Run Cobol
• Enter Program UB17FM49
• Have you Backed up  - Answer Y to continue only if they have a back up
• Enter Cycle - Enter the Cycle that has the incorrect Year and/or period in the consumption 1 field
• Enter Cons Period to Replace- Enter the incorrect Year and Period that is already on the consumption 1 field
• Enter the New Cons Period - Enter the correct Year and Period.

The program will find all matches by Cycle in the consumption 1 field and change to the new consumption period entered
