Final Utility Bill Not Showing On Register

When running a Final Billing Register (Option 02), only accounts with a status 2 will be included on the register. 

To check the status of an account:

  • In Utility Billing, choose Option 001- Consumer Master
  • Bring up the account in question by either typing in the account or using the search criteria
  • Once the account is displayed  the status is in box 3 the bottom left

If the status is not a 2 the account won't be included on a Final Billing register.   If the status is incorrect, modify the changes and then re-run the register.
