To update Utility Billing rates follow these steps

• To change rates in Utility Billing choose 300 System Setup > 302 Rate File
• To start press the F1 key to print the rate file
  • This way we have a starting point of what it was
• To Change a rate enter the rate code that needs changing
  • The code is on the printed report that was ran in the above step
• Once rate code is displayed enter the field number to be changed
• Once all fields have been completed enter 99 to complete
• Repeat for all additional rate codes that need to be changed
