This is a setting in the Chart Of Accounts to only Allow entries from the KVS modules and not through JE.

In the Chart Of Accounts the Subsidiary Account option indicates if an account can be used in Journal Entry.  If Subsidiary Account is checked, this indicates the account can only be posted from subsidiary systems such as AP but not directly through a manual Journal Entry.  If this is incorrect this flag can be changed at anytime.
