After a Budget Adjustment with Status=Batch is saved, the Year field cannot be changed to another Year. If the user attempts to do so they will receive this error when they attempt to save: KDB-00358: Cannot delete GL_BUDGET_ADJ_HDR while dependent GL_BUDGET_ADJ_DTL exists

The Budget Adjustment will need to be deleted and then re-entered with the correct Year.
