When attempting to import a journal entry file and you receive the error message: “KVS-00016: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error” this may indicate that the incorrect Format has been selected.

To correct the error, select the correct Format for the type of import journal entry file to be imported.
