This message can occur when importing a Journal Entry.  It happens when the account trying to be used on the Journal Entry text file is not setup (correctly) in the Chart of Accounts, so it tries to post to the suspense account setup in the GL Profile and the suspense account does not exist .

To fix so the text file can be imported either:

• Create the account on the text file in the Chart of Accounts 
  • If account exists in the Chart of Accounts
    • Make sure the Import Account Number has all boxes filled in.  (none can be blank fill with 0000?s if necessary)
  • If the account is set as a Revenue or Expense account in the Chart of Accounts
    • Make sure the parent account field is filled in 
• Create the suspense file in the Chart of Accounts
