If Payroll checks were spooled twice and a backup was made using the KVS Backup Restore Option,

we can restore the PR files using the KVS Menu.  If a backup was not made contact KVS support.

To Restore:

• Choose PR Processes > Backup/Restore
• Choose Restore
• Choose Payroll Attendance Files Only
• Click OK
• A notepad file will show files being restored
• Close file, if current
• click Continue with Restore

After all files have been restored run a 941 and earnings history report for the month with detail to show what data is now current

If 941 out of balance contact KVS support

If current check date is not on either report update and spool checks

If all data is current with correct check dates neither steps need to be done
