Benefit Report Is Not Showing All Benefit Codes

The Benefit report only reports on Accrued benefits. To tell if a benefit is an "accrued" benefit go into PR > Setup > Benefit FM. Lookup Benefit code in question. In the 'Based on" box, only the benefit codes that are set up with a "Accrued" or "Remaining" show on this report.  You may run the Earnings History report for all other benefit codes.
