The Transaction file is saved by the period end date, if transactions were entered under the wrong period end date we can rename the file PRYYMMDD.trn to match the period end date.  YY = Year  MM= Month and DD = Day

If they entered time into both the incorrect and correct transaction file, they will need to decided which file has the most manual entry.  There is not a way to keep both.
