To put the voucher(s) on hold follow the steps below:
Method 1
- In Purchasing > Actions Tab > Voucher change Mode=Hold
- Check the S checkbox for all vouchers to be put on hold
- Choose Action > Hold
Method 2
- Go into the voucher you want on hold
- Under Select, Choose Hold Voucher
To take the voucher(s) off hold follow the steps below:
Method 1
- In Purchasing > Actions Tab > Voucher change Mode=Release
- Check the S checkbox for all vouchers to be released
- Choose Action > Release
Method 2
- Go into the voucher you want to release
- Under Select, Choose Release Voucher
