When AP Checks or 1099 Forms are printing strange characters or are incorrectly aligned, this indicates that the files may have been printed using the incorrect print option.

From the Printer Spooler click the ‘S’ checkbox to the right of the desired file and click the Print button located at the bottom left of the screen and select the correct printer.

Do not print the file from the Browser which is displayed when using the Action>View option. When printing the file from the Browser the printer control characters are not converted during the printing.
