Starting Check Number Is Incorrrect

To change the Starting Check Number to a higher number AP checks follow the steps below if the

  • In Purchasing choose Setup > Check ID Codes >
  • Click Row selector next to Check ID that needs to be changed
  • In the Last Check No field change the check number to 1 less than the starting check
    • example enter 999 to start with check 1000
    • To change the Starting Check Number to a lower number for AP checks contact KVS Support to discuss options
